We offer support 7 days a week during all hours of the day but please be patient, we do get backlogged at times! Your ticket will be processed in the order that we receive it.

Things you should do before you submit a ticket:

- Double check that you are using the correct spelling for your username and password.
Fill out the form completely. Your support ticket will not be answered if we don't have a valid login name and an email address.
Reasons why you may not receive a reply:
You will always receive some sort of reply from us, unless, you use vulgar language and show any disrespect toward any member of the Gaming Community.
We do not differentiate between paying and non-paying subscribers as all support tickets are answered in sequential order. Please bare with us as we will get to you as fast as humanly possible.
