Claiming a prize is quite simple if you follow these easy steps. Please Note: Failure to follow these steps could result in no prize being awarded!

Step #1

To claim any prize you must first read the FAQ’s located on the original game web site:

Step #2

This is the most important step so please follow it carefully. This is a new method and has been implemented to make prize shipping easier and more efficient for our game players.

You must print out the following form, fill it in and send it to us with all information that is requested along with your money order that is required for shipping your prize to you.

Please Note: The $25 flat rate shipping fee is in US dollars and only includes Canada and the lower 48 States in the USA. If you live elsewhere you must contact us for shipping costs.

Step #3

After completing the form you must mail it to us at our Vancouver Office, the address is as follows:

Your envelope that you are sending us should include the following:

1 Completed Corrupt Interactive Prize Claim Form
1 International Money Order for $25 Dollars USD made out to Corrupt Interactive Inc.

Step #4

Once you have forwarded this information, you are ready to roll. We have everything we need to send your prize out to you and now it is the hardest part, waiting for the UPS Man! Please Read further for a few important notes.

Quick Notes:

You have only 30 days to claim your prize. If you do not claim your prize within 30 days you will forfeit that prize.

You have only won a prize if we have audited the game and made sure all the placements are correct. The winners list is usually put up within a few days after the period has ended.

You MUST complete the form fully. This includes your email address, Phone Number, Game Name and Display Name and What Game Period. If we do not have the correct information we will not be able to contact you or send you any prize.
